Do you need volunteers to work Taylor Swift and/or Super Bowl?

We thank you for your interest in wanting to volunteer. However, we staff our events internally and pull from local staffing agencies that we already have partnerships with. All volunteers for the Super Bowl are handled through the NFL and not the stadium.

If you would like to join our team, please fill out an online application at: https://www.caesarssuperdome.com/about-us/employment

A. It’s against ADA Law and Policy to ask anyone about their ADA status. If you purchased accessible seats but do not require them any longer you will still have access to these seats. Exchanging and/or swapping tickets with other fans once inside the stadium is up to your discretion as the ticket owner. The stadium will not be facilitating any exchanges but if you would like to exchange tickets with patrons who require accessible seating please proceed to the Guest Relations Center. Again, this will be at your own discretion.

I purchased non-accessible seats, but I now require accessible seating. Where do I go to inquire about being relocated?

Please note, we will have an extremely limited number of ADA relocations available if we are to have any relocations available at all. ADA relocations are based on availability and are distributed on a first come, first serve basis according to the level listed on the original ticket. Relocations are limited to one plus a companion.

To inquire about the possibility of being relocated to an accessible seat please proceed to Gate F Lobby (near entry doors) on the Plaza Level once the doors open. This will be around the corner from the Guest Relations Center.
