Ticketing Information

Walk up ticket sales for events at the Superdome, Smoothie King Center and Champions Square are available for purchase at the Smoothie King Center Box Office located on the Ground Level of the East Side of the Smoothie King Center on Fridays from 9 am - 4:30 pm.

For Box Office hours on an event day, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

This is a walk-up service only. No will-call, sales, or sales-related information will be provided over the phone. Please see ticketmaster.com (or axs.com if applicable) for more information.

The Superdome Box office is open on event days starting at 12:00pm.

On Superdome event days, you can purchase tickets at the Superdome Box Office at Gate A Ground or on the Plaza Level for select events. For Box Office location on an event day, please refer to the event information page for that specific event.

For non-event days at the Superdome, the Smoothie King Center Box Office is open on Friday from 9 am - 4:30 pm.

This is an easy access number that directly points Ticketmaster customers to customer service for support on previously placed orders.

Prior to event day, Will Call is located at the Smoothie King Center Box Office. On event day, Will Call is located at the Superdome Box Office at Gate A Ground Level.

A photo ID of the person who placed the order is required to pick up tickets. 
It is also helpful to present the credit card used for payment, however, this is not required.

Once a ticket has been scanned for entry into the Superdome, exiting and then re-entering is not allowed.

Everyone needs a ticket unless otherwise specifically addressed on a particular event. Please refer to the event page for more information.

At the discretion of the Box Office and if proof of purchase can be obtained, then the ticket can be reissued on the night of the event only with proper ID from original purchaser.

No refunds or exchanges will be made unless there was a change to the date or time of the show. All refunds are given at point of purchase.

The resale or attempted resale of tickets on Superdome/Smoothie King Center/Champions Square property is prohibited by law. Violators will be removed from the premises and subject to arrest and prosecution as appropriate.
