Caesars Superdome Public Wi-Fi Acceptable Use Policy
User Access
Caesars Superdome provides public access to the Internet without charge as a convenience to guests. All users of Caesars Superdome Public Wi-Fi Internet network (“Network”), by accessing or using the Network, signify that they have read, understand, and agree to comply with this Acceptable Use Policy and its terms. Violation of this policy may result in the termination, suspension, or restriction of Caesars Superdome Network access.
Security
Without appropriate protections in place, user devices connected to this Network may encounter serious security issues, including viruses, access by unauthorized or unwanted third-party hackers, and identity theft. Users are cautioned not to expose private, unprotected devices and files to this public Network.
Prohibited Activities
Users are prohibited from using the Network to spam, distribute malware, violate any applicable law, or violate, infringe, or misappropriate any third party's intellectual property, publicity, or privacy rights.
Users are prohibited from using the Network to access hate sites, pornographic sites, or other sites that encourage illegal activities. Users are further prohibited from using the Network to threaten or encourage physical harm to others or the destruction of property, or to transmit any material that is harassing, intimidating, discriminatory, or coercive to another person.
Users may not use the Network to engage in any criminal or fraudulent activity or to falsely impersonate another person through any means.
Users may not use the Network to access accounts of others or to attempt to penetrate another entity's network system on an unauthorized basis.
Caesars Superdome Rights
Caesars Superdome reserves the right, without prior notice, to discontinue Network service at any time. Caesars Superdome may monitor all activity over the Network, including sites visited, time spent on any site, and information transmitted or received. By accessing the Network, all users agree that Caesars Superdome may collect, use, and share their device and browsing information in accordance with Caesars Superdome’s privacy policy, available at https://www.asmglobal.com/p/other/privacy-policy-23. Caesars Superdome reserves the right to update this Acceptable Use Policy from time to time. Users are responsible for reviewing any
updates made and agree to comply with such updates upon clicking to accept the updated Acceptable Use Policy or by continuing to access or use the Network following such updates.

CAESARS SUPERDOME PROVIDES THE NETWORK ON AN “AS IS" AND “AS-AVAILABLE” BASIS. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CAESARS SUPERDOME EXPRESSLY DISCLAIMS ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. CAESARS SUPERDOME MAKES NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES REGARDING UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE USE OR THE QUALITY, FUNCTIONALITY, OR SECURITY OF NETWORK SERVICE AND WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY LOSS (INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, REVENUE, OR GOODWILL), DAMAGE, OR COST RELATING TO A USER'S ACCESS OR USE, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE NETWORK. THE USER HEREBY RELEASES CAESARS SUPERDOME FROM ANY CLAIMS DUE TO ANY SUCH LOSSES THE USER MAY SUSTAIN AND AGREES TO INDEMNIFY CAESARS SUPERDOME FROM AND AGAINST ANY CLAIMS BY THIRD PARTIES, OR LOSSES RESULTING THEREFROM, CAUSED OR OCCASIONED BY USER'S ACCESS OR USE, OR INABILITY TO ACCESS OR USE, THE NETWORK.
